Yes.

We'll leave registrations open for another week or so, then separate everyone who has registered into a few divisions, based (loosely) on last year's rankings.

Each division will have a captain who is responsible for starting their league, confirming via PM with each poster designated to their division that they are still interested in participating, then providing the league entry code once confirmed, and ensuring everyone is entered and ready to go prior to round 1 lockout.
