That's because you were the only one paying attention to the waiver wire![]()
That's right, because I was the best player in our league last year.![]()
its easy when you're playing on your own!!![]()
Exactly, I was the best coach because I paid attention to my team all year, just like in regular SC.Just because you didn't, doesn't necessarily mean that you or any one else would have beaten me. Coulda, shoulda, didn't.

It's kinda like Mummy and Daddy fighting, only weirderOh....it's on now!!!
In a SC sense, Kadog and I are very much alike. Last year we were in a few leagues together and never had more than 4 or 5 POD's between us and traded wins all year. This SC Draft League will no doubt sort out the wheat from the chaff.

I am playing this for the first time this year and supposedly have the draft starting at 9pm tonight.
Thing is, I see you guys talking about what picks you have prior to the draft starting and can't work this out for the life of me where to find this.
Any help would be appreciated
Anyone know where i can find a good page where people have shared all their drafts? footyprophet is good but they seem to focus on UF.
Side note - noticed Heater going outside of the top 10 in most of these drafts, if he maintains last years performance he should be top 5 for mosts drafts (depending on the team structure of your league). Positional scarcity regarding defenders is at an all time high and he is well up there as a result.
What do you reckon, I'm offering up:
Fyfe (M1) and A. Hall (F4)
for:
D. Martin (F1) and A. Treloar (M3)
Currently my midfield is:
Fyfe
Parker
Wines
Prestia
Cotchin
Forwards:
Dahlhaus
Wingard
Barlow
Hall
100%, i'd go so far as to say he should be a lock for a top 5 pick.Heater was 6th for overall points last year. Absolute gold as far as SC Draft goes. I was lucky enough to draft him with my 4th or 5th round pick though. I'd seriously consider him with my 1st pick this year if it's any lower than a top 5 pick.
So many crazy picks in that draft to mention, wouldnt know where to start.Wow rocky at 25 is crazy he should be 5 or 6
I like it.
Im not as bullish as others on Hall, too much of a yo-yo for h2h leagues. Hall and Fyfe are also less durable than Dusty and Treloar.
I see it as:
125 avg + 85 avg
for
105 avg + 110 avg
So many crazy picks in that draft to mention, wouldnt know where to start.
Wow rocky at 25 is crazy he should be 5 or 6

Had my draft went Ablett at #2. Risky but if he gets back close to his best and stays injury free itll be worth it
We have waivers off but does anyone know if its possible to have players go straight into freeagency instead of having to wait a few days? It says they will be released at 12pm wednesday
Pray tell? I'm interested to hear what people think.
Sidey went before 25 in our league. Shaw went after 16 people are always keen to pick up a mid firstSwan @ 11 - Way too high
Shaw @ 16 - Too low
Smitchell @ 18 - Way too high
Ward @ 23 - Too high
Bont @ 21 - Too high
Sandi @ 30 - Too high
Parker @ 39 - too low
Hartlett @ 41 - Way too high
Shiel @ 54 - Way too low
Laird @ 58 - way too low
Sidebottom @ 57 - way too low
Barlow @ 59 - Way too low
Only time it can make sense to pick up a mid very early is if you play with captains.Sidey went before 25 in our league. Shaw went after 16 people are always keen to pick up a mid first
Yeah, if I had pick 3, I'd take whichever of Goldy, Shaw or DMartin is available. In that order.Only time it can make sense to pick up a mid very early is if you play with captains.
We dont play with captains because it distorts the importance of early draft picks.
Most in our league undervalue non-mids. Based on last years results, with our league structure (8 teams, 22 players), the most valuable player was Shaw, followed closely by Goldy.
