Supercoach - ur urgent help needed

Hey all, never done one of these things before. Ive quickly made a team before the deadline, whilst at work in between calls and its giving me a bit of a headache. Here is the team Ive come up with.

If anyone has any suggestions of ppl I should remove or add, Id very much appreciate it as im not sure whos playing and if there is better value out there.

It's okay, but I dont like Fletcher in defence, nor some of your cheaper forwards.

Plus you have a bit too much cash sitting on your bench (eg. Rosa) compared with my strategy.
