Did you see the Josh Horowitz interview with Gunn today? Gunn mentioned early on he was considering Braniac as the villian but settled on Lex.

Lots of other interesting teases in the interview too. With more reveals to come.
Its reminding me of the peak MCU days when half the fun was speculating on what was to come lol.

All for Brainiac (short lived Krypton show hit it's stride just before getting cancelled - like where they were going with him).

Just hope that the story threads from the first movie remain as is.

Be interesting to see how Supergirl turns out.

Never really been much of a Superman fan but this really hit for me. It's probably the Gunn factor, think his Suicide Squad is hugely underrated.

Pretty sure the woman from the government meeting near the start was the one who knocked out Amanda Waller in Suicide Squad? How did she manage to wrangle a promotion out of that haha.

Really keen to see where he continues to take this Newniverse. And it's great to see Peacemaker still there, Cena was born to play the character.

Oh and Hawkgirl can drop me to death anytime. Hot damn.

Just finished it this morning, lots of great stuff he spoke about however understandable how cagey he was towards the end when being pressed on Batman, Superman sequel etc.

The 12 minute talking sequence he referred to was still the highlight of the movie for me, and reaffirms again that from there I felt the film missed a trick by not circling back to more of Clark and Lois conversing.

Was surprised to hear how far along they are with their Wonder Woman plans. Momoa’s Lobo is going to be fantastic, a dream role for him.
 
Just finished S1 'My Adventures with Superman' animated series, kinda feel that a major storyline towards the end was similar and would have been a better fit for what Gunn was going for.

Show is surprisingly good, and surprised it's still alive post Gunn appointment with S3 on the way and a GL spin off. On Binge, highly recommend it.

Also says he needs her and Batman asap and says cant be waiting be 2 years for a script. Seems like he wants all 3 in a movie ASAP.

And the movie that you’re writing now is, what — a semi-, not-exactly sequel to Superman? Can you clarify?

Thanks for that, some juicy stuff in there. Encouraging to hear his viewpoint on Batman and Wonder Woman. A straight up sequel or not, I get why he’s reluctant to answer definitively. A Worlds Finest concept makes so much sense.

I had low expectations but I really enjoyed it. The plot mostly held together. Good action. Some moments of humour. Corenswet was well cast. I wasn't convinced by Hoult's Lex Luther but no biggie. I liked the Mr. Terrific character. There's a post credits scene that is not worth waiting 8 minutes for.
