Alright with season 5 starting again in the US on the 10th of sept, anybody got any ideas when channel 10 will get round to showing the latest season, i've heard its not going to be till either october or november, but knowing the way tv stations treat viewers we might not see it until next year.

Supernatural was supposed to be on after Good News Week on Monday but they're replaced it with Nurse Jackie and Little Britain USA.

Why would they do that? The only good news to come out of that is that the at least have the 5th season to show, so long as we don't get shafted I will be happy, even though I'm downloading the episodes I would prefer to watch them on TV.

Current season is really quite poor, IMO. Rather uncreative, unoriginal, incoherent and just meandering along. The acting has gone down hill pretty quickly (seems like a soap opera half the time these days) and it looks like the show is past its peak, which is a pity as it was really quite solid for quite some time. The opening sequence when Dean gets dragged out of hell is one of my favourite TV scenes of all time and hopefully the writers can try find that form back.

Will reserve judgement till the end of the season though, have been proven wrong plenty of times with slow starts to seasons and things can turn around pretty quickly of course.

I really disagree, and think this show has lost nothing. In fact, this is the best season so far, and it just keeps getting better.
