Each to there own, but I think the majority of Supernatural fans love the latest seasons.

Yes indeedy. :thumbsu:

Would like them to get back to the main storyline, and looks like it wont happen next with the cheesy tv ep coming up. Regardless they've all been quality.

Yep, would be a boring place if we all agreed. That said the acting has clearly improved as has the entire show with Castiel. I just think the general storyline needs to move on and each season finale feels a little hollow with no real closure.

I thought the latest poker episode was the weakest I've seen from this season. Like Barca said, very predictable. Seemed to be mostly a vehicle for the wheelchair guy arc, which like the episode is getting old fast.

No resolution on the bad guy either. So the boys will just forget about him and hunt something else?

I have really enjoyed season 5 other than this one episode. More Castiel would be a good way to get back on track.

Turned out to be a great ep after an interesting start! The CSI takeoff was an absolute pisser. Great acting from both the boys.

Next few eps will really start cranking up the Sam/Lucifer Vs Dean/Michael and the whole apocolypse storyline, I rekon.

And to be fair, a lead on the Colt was established in that ep.

And Carver, the "writer" of the books, is also the prophet who is known to the angels. If his life was ever threatened, especially in that episode with the nasty ghosts, an archangel would have appeared.

Have seen this in a lot of places, but just because they're not arc episodes doesn't make them filler. IMO these past few Monster of the Week eps have been the two best of the season. Loving them.
