1- Manhandle own players for being poor after you selected them to play.
2- Bring back Marty Clarke from Ireland.
3- Recruit Jordan Russell from Carlton.
4- Recruit Taylor Adams from GWS.
5- Play Brody Grundy as first ruck when not ready for it.

PM if you cant work it out.....;)

Where should we play games against Richmond, Melbourne, Carlton etc?
I'm not saying theres an alternative.
All I'm saying is you shouldnt whinge about getting more games at your home ground than any other team.

Yes I KNOW there may not be an advantage every time, but its an advantage to have continuity and be familiar with the ground for 75% of your games.

Indeed, Browny's ability to string sentences together should have Ricciuto feeling bloody nervous.
They are one and the same though.

- Open to the fact that they love a beer or thirty
- Sound as dumb as two short planks
- Probably quite a bit smarter than people give them credit for

Browny's country Vic ways and the fact that he has no feeling in part of his face give him a slurred sound that some might construe as being "thick" but he clearly has more charisma and eloquence than Riccuito who largely just grunts and says "nice catch".

Browny plays the larrikin thing a bit (mainly on the clownish Footy Show), but he is very much a student of the game and I think people will discover that more when he moves into the media.

So yeah, not going to agree that they are one and the same.

Roo may indeed be smarter than I am giving him credit for - I'd like to see him inject it into his media role.

I think Ricciuto makes some good observations, but he's not exactly Mr Charisma.

The alternative is Dermott who is just a source of noise at annoying frequency you can't quite block out.

As for the OP

- You think the presence of Brian Taylor, Bruce, Luke Darcy or Rompingwins improves the game

- You attend games in Adelaide and scream "BALL" every single time a player is tackled regardless of prior opportunity

- You seriously think that Joel Selwood would be any less effective if he didn't get occasional high contact free kicks

- You think free kicks should be 50/50 in a given game

- You think that there is no umpiring bias during certain games and anyone who claims there is is insane

- You rip clubs like St Kilda apart for their current form without looking at the big picture of the state of the league

- You get excited about the Swans or Suns being good without realising what kind of help they've had to get there

- You think it's unfair for non-Victorian clubs to play 50% of their games in Victoria but not unfair for the same clubs to play 50% of their games at home against opponents travelling from interstate

- You think Gary Ablett Jr was a rolled gold #1 pick who Geelong stole using the father-son system

They forget that players don't get that top-down TV view of most of the field and get mad when a player doesn't see an open man.

They think they're coach material because they can see the next player in a handball linkup
Sorry dad...

They ask 'who's winning?' when the score is on the top-left corner of the screen
mum...

You're confusing charisma, eloquence and intelligence. Roo is a very smart businessman and a fiercely loyal man. He and Brown are both the sorts of one-club men people envy.
