LOL at the leaguies here in Sydney salivating over their rise in membership..... grand total is roughly the same as those four AFL clubs without the Swans.
And their media mouthpieces attacking the Wanderers really hard.... must be feeling plenty of pressure after the three Sydney derbies drew 140k.

I remember the day of only 24k members...and our milestone was 30k. 40k already is excellent.

As a redbacks member I got my player sponsorship email today. I am the official sponsor of Luke Parker. I asked for Newman or Florent as I wanted someone that hadn't played yet, but Luke Parker is a whole lot better than lucking out with C. Sinclair

On March 13th last year we were on 38,268 so killing it at the moment.
To those bandwagoners , it does matter when we play in Melbourne.
Despite the heartbreak of 14 and 16 we're still killing the numbers. It'd be great to have that solid 40k base year after year.

Going from strength to strength...a couple of local(ish) poster boys in Heeney and Mills being 2 of the best players in the comp for the next 12 years won't hurt either.
