Reasonable first quarter kicking against the breeze. Sinkers very reliable with plenty of effort. McLean looks dangerous up forward. Brand solid down back. Clarke and Gray breaking lines through the middle at times. In terms of putting hands up for selection though, probably Brand Grey and McLean the only contenders so far.

Gould is playing, not noticed anything. Sheather assume was the late change, might have missed early discussion.

Good news about Gould. He was in a fair bit of pain holding his arm after a goal was kicked against us in the first quarter. Must have just been a stinger.

Sheather went off in the first quarter, again holding his arm and was shown with the Physio. Haven’t seen him since.

Ah. Missed first 20mins. Haven't heard any more on Sheather.

No-one is blowing minds (sounds like it was the same early on), but usual suspects doing some good things. With Warner likely to be back after the bye and Gulden soon after, not sure any of Stephens, COR, Ronke or Blakey are doing enough. McLean some good contested work and a few goals, but Amartey surely stays in. Brand solid as usual, we just need to pick him against taller oppo.

McLean and Morrison have three goals apiece, while Sam Gray (17) Sinclair (16) and Clarke (14) are our main possession winners.
