Us , but i don't know which , too hard. Just hope it's not fixtured, but at a pinch it would be Port , but if we were South it would be them.
I assumed Bedders was worried that we might suffer an embarrassing defeat at the hands of Port. Our VFL listed players are light on for experience.

Nah Bedders is an old Port man. I’d have had a similar difficulty had the Swans been playing the Mustangs as a stand-alone but Hawthorn ****ed that for me.

Treat it as a practice match and just enjoy not being too disappointed that “your side” lost.

We could still pick him up in the midseason draft depending on if he gets a concussion during the VEAFL season.

If thats right, then I like the way the Swans are managing this. Save a bit of cash by not having a full list (a little bonus), give a lot of prudence to the situation - dont commit but give Paddy the opportunity.
