True. Hope he still develops the same durability. Blakeysnr was both tough and strong for his build.

Maybe Nick will go along the same lines or become a beast like the once similarly skinny Goodesy did.
His old man owes a premiership. Pagan put him on Roos after half time in the 96 Grand Final and he stifled our run off half back. Plugger did everything he could and kicked six goals but we missed the attack from Roos. Yes back in the day when we attacked off the half back line. Heady days

I like this bit.
"Sydney used data analysis to help form judgments on players during the NAB AFL Trade Period and ultimately recruited Ryan Clarke (North Melbourne) and Jackson Thurlow (Geelong). "
Heavan help us. He is from the Vixens. Hopefully when the greatest coach since Norm Smith interminable contract expires our great club can return to its senses.

Thanks Ted. Very surprising with Perris but there are many coaches out there that specialize now. Sean McVay is one

Yeah Mick. He was very unlucky with the knee injuries so early & he's obviously made an early call to get into the coaching side of things.
He will turn 24 in January so a great call by the club to back a guy in so early & who knows, he may be around our club as a coach for a few decades, such is his age. Good luck to the fellow.

Picture of Shaw in North gear in the HS this morning , don't like it.
Hard to look at but that is the nature of the game & when a club is successful off field as well as on field our personnel become sort after. Not that I feel sorry for Hawk supporters but geez there is an awful lot of Hawk people at other clubs.
