Plenty of teams have dominated seasons then shat the bed on the big day. If this club doesn’t remember that then we have short memories.

Am I right in saying we are the last team to beat the tigers at the mcg?A club-wide winning mentality that's about 18 months old.
Bookmark it. Richmond's mental demons are still lurking. They can't not be.

I can't shake the feeling that, injuries aside, Horse has once again managed to get us primed at the pointy end of the season. If we can win our remaining H&A game we could go in fourth and I'd back us as a pretty good chance against Richmond at the MCG. Get a few more players back and it'd be a huge bonus but the crew we have now could still do it with a bit of luck.
It's pretty hard to build confidence if injuries are mounting. With players returning from injuries we get so many more options. Perhaps Reid and Rohan will get back soon enough to give some young forwards a rest. Are we finally getting some luck to go our way? hope so we deserve it.

Regardless of whether the Swans or Hawks win this weekend, I'd say they are the only two teams that would really concern the Tigers at the MCG. Both have quite a few players with finals experience too. I'd love to see the smug Tigers fans get a bloodied nose in the first round. They might even have to face GWS in the semis and possibly go out in straight sets. Wouldn't that be nice ?
I'm not sure which is the more cruel but we can both agree that an ignominious end for the Tigers would be a most fitting demise.I’d love to see them lose grand final day (except not to hawthorn)

They are so unbearably smug for a team that's won just one GF in 50 years and struggled to even make finals until last year. I appreciate your point but it's hard to decide which one I would least like to win. Hopefully it doesn't come to that and The King's prediction comes true.No I would definitely rather Richmond win the flag than Hawthorn. They've had four this century, share it around! Also seeing their title as the only three-peat this decade be under threat would be entertaining to watch
Notice how since he found his stellar form again this year, all the McPointy references on here have died away?
Your post was anything but pointless.I'm glad someone pointed that out.
