This season is def a write-off but exciting times I guess. 1 year bottom out and then shoot back up next year.

Great opportunity to shake it up a bit and try some new stuff.

Mill full-time mid for a few games, florent inside mid with joey being 50/50 up forward.

Play reid an entire game in the forward half. Play menzel as a high hf
Release hewett from tagging duties.
Blakey on a wing or onball for a match

All the good stuff i want to see to prep for next year.

Not getting the pure hatred for Heeney. Is doing his job. Is not butchering it any more than the others. Has absolutely nailed a few kicks into the forward line resulting in goals. Are we really expecting him to be a 30 touch 80% disposal efficiency player? He's outperformed Parker again so far today.

Sorry mate but Parker is all over Heeney today. Will vouch for one thing...no player in the history of sport has ever performed at 100% over their career (save for that one person that did that one thing once)!

I probably wouldn’t either, Rose would go.

But best 22 can be different to the team that plays depending on your focus. If we are trying to fast track Blakey (we are) when we aren’t in contention for finals, then that is the right decision.
