Sinclair doesn't work hard enough and still can't take a mark. Pretty sure he copped a falcon early when he could've been lining up for a soda.
Jack looked slow
Buddy looked lame all game ribs early? And a cork later?
Aliir will be a star
And the eagles fans are still the worst in the country by far. Even heard a racist comment made buddy's way in which the crowd around us just laughed at. Animals

I've been a long time reader of this forum, first time poster.

We're so quick to write off our champs. Yes, they may be out of form but look at the experience profile we're playing with. Reminiscent of Carlton, Brisbane, Essendon of the past year. Those clubs would have loved to be within a kick in the last quarter of 3 of 4 games.

But we expect more? Why? We're used to winning. Maybe we could/should have pinched 1 or 2 of these games. But all isn't lost. The experienced players will return. That will make the likes of Parker, Hanners, Jack better.

We're 0-4. We're not moving the ball well. We have an average forward set up. We also have half a dozen guys playing AFL who would think they'd be playing NEAFL for the year without a look-in. Give it another month before you all pack the season in. Look at last week, anyone can beat anyone. And we're taking it up to a top 4 hope at home where they've lost 4 games in 2 years with kids that ran out of gas.

How lovely, especially after last week's Port v Adelaide game. Do people think they're tough? Funny? Seriously they just look like dumb, ignorant fools.

Positives:

Hayward looks a gun.
Kennedy is a champion (already knew that).
Reid is sharp and looks like he's finally delivering on his potential.
Our defence is still super one-on-one.
Newman is pretty good.
Parker back to something good, if not his best.
Sinclair actually looked like a ruckman. Not a fantastic ruckman, but a ruckman.
Cunningham laid more than 5 tackles.
Oh, and Marsh is actually becoming pretty solid.

cunningham was spewing his ring up just before the first bounce of the last quarter, didnt look well.

Our forward set up is a cluster fu@$. its basically everyone stands in a huddle 40m from goal. There appears to be no planning or system. West coasts forward line much better coached and they have clear leading patterns with players blocking defenders.

Aliir looked good again tonight when attacking but im not sure if he gets too cocky or just bites off more than he can chew, but hes catching buddy with the holding the ball calls.

great he runs and attacks, has plenty of confidence, now he just needs to learn to get rid of ball sooner

You'd swear none of our defenders had played a game together. The whole lot of them were just awful (bar Marsh). It was either handballs to no-one, kicks that bounced 4 times, or my personal favourite the turnover 60'm out from goal..
