I like Stephens. Lacks polish and needs to work to find the ball more but there is a lot to work with.

Dont think it has sunk in yet how long its going to take us to climb the ladder, we have major issues all over our best player has requested a trade.

We are talking at least 3-5 years of building if done right.

Seems to me there is a massive agenda with Sydney taking all the blame for last weeks game and not a word about Richmond who had quality talls in Lynch and Riewoldt.

Getting around 11 disposals per game in his first couple of games is more than acceptable (especially given the quarters are shortened and this would likely be closer to 14 with the extra time).

Atleast when you compare us to the bottom twos from previous years, we're actually set up well. At least the players are out there wanting to play and have some structure. We could've been the Melbourne's and Carlton's of the world being belted by 75 each week
