Recently when SpeciousArgument asked for help for his foster daughter there were many people who spoke of having some spare gear

I'm just floating the idea of having a 'jumper swap' on the board.

There are many of you with children, and jumpers are expensive, especially for kids, and they grow out of them quickly.
And others who maybe just can't afford a new jumper, or other gear.

So if you want to offer your spares, and find a good home for them, or exchange them, this could be a good place.

For example:
Someone can say 'I'm looking for a size 10 kids jumper. Anyone have one they want to give away or sell?'

Or
"My child has a jumper with number 12 on the back but would now like one with number 4"

Or
"I have a size 16 that no longer fits, anyone got a size 18?"


The exchange of personal info would be private, and voluntary

I have a size 8, (sleeveless) that doesn't have any sponsors logos on it, (just a magpies emblem and afl logo).
We got it from Kmart on the cheap, (don't tell anyone).
When the new Anzacday jumper arrives, (had to get one!) I might be able to prise it out of my daughter's possession
