President's Report

A word from our president.

Congratulations to Freakie and the other high vote-pollers in tonight's count. Congratulations to Maroon Goon , Cheetah , pantskyle and whoever I forgot. Or don't care about.

Season 15 is over for us. What an experience. This club needs look no two directions to see why it is the envy of all the other Sweet FA teams. Competitiveness, topicality, humour, entertainment, chudshakes, the list of value after value mounts and mounts unabashed.

Sadly, the final two rounds of the season kept us from playing finals, which truly would have been the icefreak on the cake. In reality, though, it was the hole we fell into mid-season that spelled our ladder doom.

The raft of new blood and the junk of old stayers have formed a quality mix and enabled the establishment of new friendships, in some cases even more than that. *wink*. *awkward pause*. *aversion of eye contact*. Welcome to all the new players : icefreak, royboy 29, Cheetah, pantskyle, Dicky Fitzwell, Ed_gein, made4September (who returned after an hiatus), well the list goes on. The flair, pizzazz, shazam and hey-ho let's go approach of this fresh injection has been dearly sought after by the Roys team for a couple of seasons, and in S15 we were able to enjoy that exuberance.

Which is why it pains me greatly to have to tell you that you are all sacked. That was a joke. In reality you are all to be converted into cyborgs and forced into death matches versus each other to enable us to get out of debt via ticket sales. Players arriving since closure of the season like fitzroybulldog will avoid robotocism.

All in all, while not bringing home a finals series or premiership pennant, this has surely been the best Olympics ever!

Leadership

On another note, it is time to announce the leadership for Season 16. As most have already read (alREADy), a likely set of unlikely monstrosities has been penned for the upcoming proceedings. Save any last-minute protests coming in, though plenty of time has already been given, I announce that Mobbenfuhrer will be returning to captaincy for Season 16. On his left and right will be Broken and Reardo . In his middle will be new dvc pantskyle . Join me in toasting the new establishment. Preferably over an open flame. On skewers. FattyLumpkin will still have the bbq, and Fred will be in charge of the sheep dip.

Finally, I would also like to announce that we will be absorbing a team from the amateur competition next season. The official name of our club will alter from Roys FFC to Roys FFC (incorporating No Posting FFC). We will still be referred to as Roys FFC on all league documentation.

Sorry guys, I went to the toilet to chnage my pants (after I wet them prior to the last round) and I had a fall. It wasn't until Royboy2's date came in with icefreak that I was found.

I would like to start by thanking Broken for organising a truly amazing count, the effort he went into was amazing and makes it even more of an honor to wear this medal named after him. I would also like to thank Mobbs for driving the team in mine and Reardo's absence, he is the heart and soul of this team.

I would also like to thank (in no particular order), Mum, Dad, Reardo's sister, Baby Jesus, Pantskyle (for the pants), the stray cat I took in and last weeks cold pizza.

I'm also ecstatic that I have a medal that boncer34 doesn't have
 
The night wouldn't be complete without thanking this years host, the reanimated corpse of Robert Stack. Thanks Stacky, you were great, your aroma was quite pungent, I guess the fact that you have been dead for 9 years may have something to do with that. Anyway, thanks mate.:thumbsu:
