Honestly,? Everyone knows the Furies have needed new blood since S26. That said, we don't recruit anyone just to see if it works.

Culture fit is usually the first kpi, but the second is intent. If they appear to be someone who will go rogue, be a disruptive influence , or disappear after 5 mins we are generally not interested.

That's not to say we get every assessment right (noone saw the Jerry meltdown coming), but we don't seek out that risk
