Very happy with current administration for their dealings off the field in building a responsible and sustainable future. Developing programs with ties to health/education/community (work with Aligned Leisure and the Cardinia Council, etc).

There is a clear direction for the club and these decisions aren't just desperate grabs for cash or taking the next sponsor available - they are obviously building towards incorporating all of these elements into the future of the club and brand. Great move.
Agree. Diversifying revenue stream to be less reliant on pokies revenue is a strong and positive direction.

Its not just the fees, its what they develop

If you run a sports.leadership course, you have facilty and students researching the area and developing innovations for it. Rfc will be witness to a lot of this work as well as the subject matter.

No more relying on a leading teams to teach us about developing leaders

Same with media. we have traditionally been a follower in this field, now we get access to the next gen of young minds and leaders in it

this is a game changer
Sure but we should also see some financial return on it. Developing course work costs a lot, and I am just wondering about our return on this collaboration. You can do very well if it goes to market beyond the original school boundaries. There is also the intellectual property with leadership functions, but again apart from our own leadership programs I am just asking from the financial point of view. This also applies to research as well. Not against it, just more detail.
