Yes that appears to be the case

came to melbourne
Struggled to run and train
Went Back to WA
Was there anything concrete to suggest he struggled to run and train or is that part just speculation?

Reports from training watchers plus all the pics the club put up had him running last
Saw the pics of him sweating it up with a personal trainer and thought the penny had dropped. Sigh. Probably walked into a gym, splashed some water on his face and got a selfie with some random musclehead.

I think it will be a miracle to see Sydney return to his 2019* form.

Kid is obviously battling some mental demons but he just doesn't seem to want to apply himself. Club knew this was a real possibility from the start and set his contracts to be heavily incentive based for this reason.

If it's not family reasons what could it be.Unless the club wasn't happy with how he rocked up in shape. If that is the case he had a good 3 months to get himself right and ready to go so many kids missed the draft last week crave for a chance.

He rocked up out of shape last year too didn't he?

Once is forgivable and a learning experience, twice is probably signalling your unwillingness to do what it takes to play footy at the highest level.

what am i missing ? the clip clearly said ("the club said") he was poked in the eye playing basketball...true or not I wouldn't know but that's what it said.

A poke in the eye can be nasty.

I mean, take a look at this guy...

Dumb jokes aside, I see no reason to question the club's explanation given that nobody has come forward to say anything different.

well yeah i trust that the club doctor had a close examination and s/he is professional enough to tell if the eye poke was BS or not.

I'm not buying it. With how quickly that shit gets out if Stack were home for disciplinary reasons Ralphy would be all over it.

Yes

A Poster on another site that is a regular training watcher and with extremely good character and credibility posted what he seen. I believe him and combined with whats transpired since there is clearly some issue's

That would be 2019 form buddy as in last year , he wasn’t at Richmond in 2018

If a player arrived back to pre season unfit would you send him home?
I wouldn't - I would flog him on the track day-in-day-out - he is still an employee of the club.

I don't get it.
