I’m surprised that those Racist WA judges approved his bail when he applied for it and not before
Get the facts right. He was not entitled to bail as he was serving a quarantine order. Only since facing the court a few days ago has he been able to apply for bail. Sick of this claim of racism,
it’s bullshit. He broke quarantine and showed he could not be trusted.

What do you think I’m suggesting?

I’m suggesting you’re trying to defend him by using the racism card and it’s rubbish. No proof of racism here. It was a quarantine order. Bail was not requested until today.

I think he was being sarcastic

Well done Stacky you are now free.
He's served his punitive punishment (and missed Christmas and New Years .)
Give him a chance now people.
If I hear someone say again they prefer a spud who really wants to play instead of Stack I will throw up.

Given the hard border, I think he will need to stay in Perth until his matter is finalised on Jan 20.

If he leaves for Vic, he will be unable to re enter WA and appear in court.

Earliest he will be back at Punt Road is 21 Jan.

Given he wasn't in good shape when he left Melbourne in Dec, and has just spent 4 weeks either in iso, on the booze, or in solitary confinement, his season is cooked.

You’re barking up the wrong tree there, plenty on here have suggested that, certainly not me go back and read my posts on that are

as far as I know all his appearances have been by video. Why couldn't that continue from Melbourne? Get training started and get the f@@@ out hellhole Perth.

Being in custody in WA and appearing by video is very different to appearing by video due to being in a different state.

No zoom in WA? Surely not that far behind are yas?

The Supreme Court uses video and telephone conferencing systems to provide communication between parties in different locations. The Court also uses video conferencing for routine criminal hearings.

If you are a party to proceedings, you can seek an order from the Court pursuant to section 121 of the Evidence Act 1906 (WA) that a witness give evidence at a trial by video link.

What’s he been charged with?

outstanding question, absolutely outstanding.
I haven’t seen an actual charge outside of breaching quarantine, which I’m sure he’s now fulfilled.
This seems to be totally over the top unless there’s something else, but why would the charge be secret?

What a load of rubbish , he's suspended until at least round 8 I predict.
He's got 4 months to get fit.

Lawyered up to a QC who has won a WA Lawyer B&F. According to CH7 has bail conditions that include staying with an aunt and regularly reporting to police. Syd's staying in WA until next appearance.

He has now been released on strict bail conditions.

Stack is required to report to police twice a week and he must live at his aunty’s house in Western Australia or risk returning to a prison cell.
