So if the same thing went down ...

and

It were nic Nat or nat fyfe, instead of sydney stack.

Would the court rulings be the same ?

It should make no difference whether if it was Sydney Stack, Adelaide Accident or Victoria Vicissitude.................. 👨‍⚖️

If they'd flown from Victoria, quarantine yes.

But would Nat or Fyfe leave their designated WA quarantine address, then lie about the alledged new address?

Highly unlikely.

Do you think Nic Nat's and Fyfe's family situation is as welcoming and stable as Stacks?

Stack didn't just walk out because he was bored. It was following an argument.

No excuse to lie though.

It's a hypothetical question.

The answer is no obviously they wouldn't be jailed on Xmas due to being large fish in a small bowl.
In an actual hypo example, then yes both would have been given the exact same quarantine and subsequent charge, and vice versa, Stack wouldnt have been quarantined or charged.

Is he still in jail?
He's on bail until his sentencing hearing on March 25. Hopefully he will get a fine, cop his whack and be on the first plane to Punt Road, wiser for the experience and ready to work hard starting again from scratch.

In other words he'll barely have had a preseason until we start the season.

Even if he is going to put his head down he might not get a decent shot to prove himself. You'd think best case he trains well enough and plays a couple games to earn himself another year on the rookie list.

Yes although Dimma did say he was working hard. I guess, when we don't get comprehensive answers it's open to speculation but you'd imagine if he isn't training with a team or a PT he will be starting a long way behind even given that he's missing the first batch of games through suspension.

If Pickett can come in with a broken hand mid year and play in a flag I'm confident Stack can be pushing for selection after 4-6 weeks being back at the club.

Whether the WA gov allows him to return to Punt Road is another story.

Stacky making all the right moves by asking the great [PLAYERCARD]Trent Cotchin[/PLAYERCARD] for help.

Poor journalism to say he will be unavailable for round 1 because of the court case on the 25th, he's suspended anyway.
