Perhaps Sydney should have remained in the hub and inside a professional environment, as it’s possible that the type of punishment of banishment has done him no good.

That’s probably a matter for Sydney if he decides to **** up again, not Richmond FC. However, he’s a player on our list, it’s US who want to turn HIM a Richmond man. So it’s perhaps a bit incongruous to banish him from our environment because it leaves him vulnerable to spiral down further.

Then again, our club did magnificent things to bind together and win a flag, and put the shit of this incident behind them. Perhaps the club thought.... well, given the fact that no one took a chance on you and we did, if that doesn’t open your eyes as to how lucky you are, if you’re going to blow it up for yourself, that’s your decision. Can’t help you.

Certainly the past few months (and off-season months to come) are a great opportunity to “test” Stack. Let’s just see how he turns up on day one of preseason.

From a reliable source(Kirkcaddy) : also confirm Stack has let himself go. Back to COVID level fitness. Peggy is beating him in time trials around the tan. But he can pull 20 cones straight

I back our club to keep these boys on the right track. Not too worried about what happened in qld, it was a very bad decision but the best young Footballers are natural risk takers and they should have learnt their lesson that some risks are unacceptable.
I predict you will see both of them motivated, fit and ready to go round 5 next year.

CCJ imo will be a 10 year player for us and be just about the perfect option as a 2nd ruck /kpf. And that’s because he plays each role equally well. When Nank is benched CJ is a capable tap ruckman. And will prove an incredibly hard matchup forward with his size and athleticism ( remembering Lynch will draw the best kpb).

Stack is a genuine talent and gets one more chance. Hate to be a glass half empty supporter but I just get this feeling it’ll end badly. Just not sure the team first attitude is there. He’s the type that can be good 95% of the time, but when it comes undone, it does so in a big way. Hope I’m totally wrong there
