I asked the guy and he said he believes he needs to stay in WA due to Bail conditions...Can he come over here and recommence training with us?
What's f’ed up about this is if we didn't apply to the Supreme Court to overturn his no bail order he would STILL BE IN JAIL!
Still seems oppressively harsh to me whether a Richmond player or suburban Joe.What's f’ed up about this is if we didn't apply to the Supreme Court to overturn his no bail order he would STILL BE IN JAIL!
Definitely not hearsay. It was mentioned in his first court appearance the morning after his arrest.Cannot find sevidence of A WA "breach" in October that some have spoken of on occasion throughout the thread. I believe that this is heresay
The WA AG must be a salty west coast campaigner.I asked the guy and he said he believes he needs to stay in WA due to Bail conditions...
Never ending story.
Madness. Surely it is a fine, as Bazaar has alluded to, and not further jail. So his life is put on hold for 4 months, his career is on the line, and because of a covid breach he must stay in WA for a further 3 months. If that is so, it is vindictive madness.I asked the guy and he said he believes he needs to stay in WA due to Bail conditions...
No he still has about 10 ton of rocks to sledge hammeris he out yet

Don't agree. I believe he got what he deserved. He knowing broke quarantine and it was known prior that WA had the toughest penalties. Do the crime do the time.I think all us know he broke the rules, but would he have in any other state gone to jail for 19 days. No. Overly harsh is all I have said all along.
Just hand down the punishment you campaigners
You seriously think a breach on the very minor side of Covid breaches is worth 19 days in jail, 2 court case, bail only given after Supreme Court challenge, a further court hearing 3 months down the track where some on here have said means must be spent in WA, i.e his career might possibly come to an end, is getting what he deserves. Tough love in your household.Don't agree. I believe he got what he deserved. He knowing broke quarantine and it was known prior that WA had the toughest penalties. Do the crime do the time.
If the judge was asked to hand down a penalty without hearing the defences summation on sentencing, Stcky could end up with 6mths+ Watch what you ask for.Just hand down the punishment you campaigners
He bailed on preseason after failing to meet the minimum standards, went home, got pee'd and in a fight.......again and then got busted breaching quarantine. All after costing the club 100k on the Gold Coast. Tough love in your household.
And not a truer word spokenWhat a mess this has turned into
although it would of been easily avoided if the stupid campaigner didn’t go out in the first place
I don't condone Stack incident, but gez what a joke this has become.Served 19 days in jail and over 2 months to wait for sentencing become a public shame.Funny how the system always wants to make a example of minor cases while the real criminals out there get a slap on the wrist or even bail or parole work that out.
Think of the guns he will have afterwardsNo he still has about 10 ton of rocks to sledge hammer![]()
