Like the arse wipe that plies a 16 yo girl with alcohol..gets her drunk....rapes her....when she comes too....says to her he shouldn’t have done it bc he is married with 3 kids (like that’s an excuse)

gets a community order
Blame the judges

He bailed on preseason after failing to meet the minimum standards, went home, got pee'd and in a fight.......again and then got busted breaching quarantine. All after costing the club 100k on the Gold Coast.

Am I the only person that couldn't care less whether he needs to stay in WA, or not for a court case? Based on the above I'd be happy to leave him there for good.

He didn't bail on preseason, (went home a week before the pre-season stopped), unless of course you know first hand, otherwise it is just more conjecture.
And yes, you would be one of a few that wants him gone. Not like he bashed a taxi driver.

Not sure we know what job the blokes he was trying to belt do?
Seriously? From the video I’ve seen, he didn’t lay a hand on them and was avoiding being hit himself!!
Some of you blokes are just beyond the pale and must have been angels your whole life. Talk about keeping a man to high standards? You guys are way over the top.
He’s made a few mistakes for sure but he’s only 20 and has a whole life ahead of him. The lad deserves all the support he can muster as he’s had a tougher upbringing than anyone on here, pretty sure of that. And the “crimes” he’s committed are far from serious imo, hasn’t murdered, r*ped anyone nor pushed drugs on anyone. Perspective required, he’s a good kid at heart and needs some support (and needs to stay away from the wrong crowd in WA!!!!)

Mate it's always easy be savage about someone else's life in text. If I end up being wrong, so be it, but I'd rather give one of our own the benefit of the doubt until it's proven it was more than reckless. I'm with Grrr, Stacky was young and and yeah, a bit reckless, but I'm tipping more than a few in here might just as easily have fallen through these cracks at the same age. The difference is - he has talent and worth some perseverance.

You don't get locked up in one instance and a move on notice in another for trying to avoid a fight. Give me a stuffen spell.

He did deserve our support but in the absence of any evidence that he has learnt from his mistakes and wants to make good that's no longer the case. A tough up bringing means he should know better than anyone the downside of not making the most of your talent.

Happy to support him when he does something that warrants it.

as long as he is a tigs player i want him to cum back to punt rd and then rail the carlspooners in rd1. if we decide to let him go then i'll sledge him and say we never wanted him anyway

I don't condone Stack incident, but gez what a joke this has become.Served 19 days in jail and over 2 months to wait for sentencing become a public shame.Funny how the system always wants to make a example of minor cases while the real criminals out there get a slap on the wrist or even bail or parole work that out.

How do you know he's a good kid at heart? He comes across as a selfish prick.

Spell check. :)

Nah your mind just slipped and you were harking back to the good ol days in the four walls at Maitland.................... How does that song go....:musicalnote:Memories

Still under the same bail conditions. Living with "aunty" that could mean anything, and reports to Maitland cops twice a week.
Do you think that these conditions are not a massive over the top. Seems absurd to me.

Stack has been living in WA for months now, so who cares where he is been living now that he is not in breach of Civid regulations. He hasn't been in any trouble prior to his latest foray, and is in reasonable shape, so there is no reason to think that he will suddenly again go off the rails, but he must be pretty keen to get back to Richmond.

So, his hearing is in March. Is he allowed to come back and train now?
I’d very much doubt it , best case would be if he trains with a local side , I’m fuming about this as it looks to be a waste of a very precious list spot to me

The law is the law

The law is the law
And how many others who have broken the law have found themselves in a 4 month saga like Stack. The law has fined hundreds of Covid breacher's an almost none have gone through this ridiculous process. Also there are degrees in law, and Stack's breach is probably the most minor a breach can get in relation to actually spreading Covid.
