A lot of misinformed assumptions on here. Sounds like a Trump rally.

The delay in sentencing to March is almost certainly at his legal teams request and in the meantime he is probably very happy to stay in WA.

Why would he be happy to stay in the state? Why wouldn't he want get some training in at Punt Road? Seems like pure speculation to support a point.

Lot of condescension in your post - everyone you disagree with are like Trump supporters are they? Maybe play the ball and not the man.

Do I need to respond to this dribble? Just because I think Stack comes across as a selfish individual and believe he got what he deserves in the way of confinement, it's ridiculous the way you've responded. I thought that this was a site where you could express opinion openly (and it's my opinion) without having to curtail to fools like you.
You keep saying you think Stack this or that. You have no idea what he is like as you don't know him. Have you bothered to watch the clip with Prestia and Houli, probably not. Do you not find it odd that so many people actually have stuck up for him, Riewoldt, Sumich etc. I don't know him either and have not given my perspective on his character, just that he has been pretty harshly dealt with, selfish person or not.

Exactly, for all we know he is burning to get back.

If he can’t get back to the club before March his season and career is pretty much over - his conditioning will be way off and you simply can’t get that back during the season as training is different at that time of the year. can’t afford to miss an AFL preseason at this stage of his career
On form yes it is , coz we know he’d spend more time at cold rock than sprinting up sand dunes with a bag of cement on his shoulders that would have him cherry ripe by r1

What's ridiculous is you'd rather believe some conspiracy theory that all the players and coaches are lying about Stack's character and that you know the guy better. This club has had plenty of opportunities to cut their losses yet have chosen to stick by him. What does that tell you?

No. I don't think all coaches are lying, however, I do think there are some that think he's a tool but can't say it. But that's my opinion. As for sticking with him I can see that side of the argument also and if he's kept I'll hope the club has made a good decision.

Maybe we should open a Pearl Clutchers thread for posters like you and sregit ?

We are living in unprecedented times and the huge consequences Sydney has faced for common misbehavior have been totally unpredictable.

No sane, reasonable person, especially a 20 year old would expect that breaking curfew going out and seeing friends would equal JAIL and no bail. No reasonable person would predict a 100k fine applied to the football Dept for going to a strip club and protecting a friend from being assaulted. Especially when Steele Sidebottom got a ******* slap on the wrist weeks earlier.

Maybe take the lead from those who know him best and what he's been through and stick by the kid? Have some perspective.
Not true.

Stack had to fill in the G2G online application which is incredibly easy and sets out the rules and penalties in simple to understand language.

You'd have to be a be a bit thick not to understand.

I have been told previously that only indigenous people have been jailed

Can you confirm if this is true or not?
Not true

What did Reiwoldt say about him breaking the law?

Said he must face the consequences of his actions like everyone in life.

Its amazing how some here are trying to compare "AFL" breaches from Brook, Buckley ect to Western Australia state law.

And the same ones are saying Sydney is just a kid who doesnt understand.... i see a pattern emerging.

Brook didn't break queensland law?

Stack is literally just a kid.

No she didn't.
She broke an agreement between the AFL and State government.

And if Stack is still a "kid" then lets take his right to vote, dive, and legally drink away from him.

How can you have ano opinion that some think he's a tool unless you have hard it from a good source, ie the players. Stack may have pissed people off last year, hyperactive in a bubble may well do that, especially for half the blokes who didn't want to be there. Doesn't mean they want him gone. Hell some may even like him.

Oh that's totally different

I can see now why she got love and stack got jail

BLM
She got love?

20 thousand dollars out of pocket is love?

Dont forget, after her breach, Benny layed down the law to all players and staff regarding covid.
No excuse for Stack and CCJ

The older lady almost shut down a billion dollar industry and as the skips misses should know better.

Stack is a kid as much as that shits you and has made mistakes but he seems to get more consequences

Ok technically it was an agreement between vlad and Pałaszczuk but it's very bloody similar to breaking state law.

I do know this is not a great argument given the CCJ stack turkish food events :(
