I think some at the club think he's a tool as you put it, just as a percentage in this forum think he's a tool. I didn't say people at the club want him gone, however, that might be a topic that has and will continue to be debated. How can you have ano opinion that some think he's a tool unless you have hard it from a good source, ie the players. Stack may have pissed people off last year, hyperactive in a bubble may well do that, especially for half the blokes who didn't want to be there. Doesn't mean they want him gone. Hell some may even like him.
Try using an argument with some merrit. Covid breach v 3k over the speed limit....Really!I hope that they don't put you in prison for doing 63 in a 60 zone, even if everyone thinks you're a sanctimonious individual and may think you deserve it too as you broke the LAW!

But it was barely a breach. I was in Adelaide 3 weeks before Stack when their 'outbreak' of 30 odd cases in 2 or 3 families was going on. Nobody was wearing masks, there were no restrictions (other than 3 days), pretty much life as normal. Came back to Vic and no questions even asked. So that was how relaxed it was in Adelaide.Try using an argument with some merrit. Covid breach v 3k over the speed limit....Really!
The danger may have been minuscule, however, the law in W.A. was harsh but known by stack and he knowingly broke quarantine, that’s the issue. Which in my opinion makes him a tool. But it was barely a breach. I was in Adelaide 3 weeks before Stack when their 'outbreak' of 30 odd cases in 2 or 3 families was going on. By the time Stack arrived, there were 3 known cases, in other words no transmission for 3 weeks. So the Covid breach would not even have registered anywhere but WA, and the chance that Stack in his hour or so in the Adelaide Airport catching it was almost 0. Not so different from a slight speeding charge, if you ask me. Certainly less dangerous than a drink driving charge, which plenty of players have been done for. Legally yes a covid breach, but in reality the danger was miniscule.
I very much doubt that Stack even thought of the consequences. I doubt very much that he thought he would spend jail time, and have to face court three times when everyone else was getting a smack on the wrist. He's 20 and bullet proof like most of us were at his age.The danger may have been minuscule, however, the law in W.A. was harsh but known by stack and he knowingly broke quarantine, that’s the issue. How long did it take you to learn the lesson?I still feel the whole Stack situation is similar to me and roadwork speed limits.
I know the sign says 40, I can see there is no work being done, so I do a token slow down and cruise through at 90 instead of 100. If a cop happens to pull me over, I say I feel my actions were safe and reasonable, but I still expect and accept a fine.
If I happen to be intoxicated, unlicensed, unregistered, unroadworthy, on my last demerit point, etc ( which arguably Stack was close to) then I slow down to 40, stop on amber lights, etc, and don't draw attention to myself.
Surely there are plenty of others like me who feel they are reasonably responsible, but bend rules when they feel they are stupid and unnecessary?
Stack would have been very confident that he hadn't picked up covid in his short Adelaide stop and found it hard to treat the isolation orders with the necessary respect.
Just didn't think about, or misjudged the consequences of getting caught.

No it's just using some logic. That's like saying I just stuck the tip in so its not really cheating!
That’s just humbug though mate , the rules were In place for all to comply with , Stacky decided to be a smart arse and thumb his nose at the law and he’s paying the price, my sympathy has evaporatedBut it was barely a breach. Thats where it breaks down for me...its black and white to me about the quarantine stuff and him getting in another punching match shows he cant make disciplined decisions before he gets into potential blow ups.No it's just using some logic.
Haha, that’s good. That's like saying I just stuck the tip in so its not really cheating!

oh boy....where's the kebab and strip joint ?Looks like you are planning a fun night - always buy the Vine Street set and the Trafalgar Sq set ASAP. Never lost when I can get them.
Needs an airport and a beauty salon (as utilities) and probably a salt mine in addition to above. Instead of hotels, we should have Premiership cups!!!oh boy....where's the kebab and strip joint ?

I suspect he had choices, but couldn't or lacked sufficent decision making skills at the time. I think his plight is sad, a near second is the sort of supporters jumping all over him and waggling righteous fingers.
Did you go to WA we aren’t talking about Victoria’s laws or south Australia’s laws, he was hardly ambushed , the rules in wa were well known, no says they are fair but they are what they areBut it was barely a breach.
