I've changed my mind about their defence.

Maynard plays on Buddy and you expect Buddy to kick 2-3 goals on him without tearing away.

Moore plays on Reid and should blanket him.

Howe on McDonald and it'll be an even matchup.

Heeney is the only one we can use who can break it open. He can't play midfield, we need him as an aerial threat.

Meanwhile if Papley and Hayward can kick 2 goals a piece we will win comfortably.

So did anyone know about the venue change for the game? View attachment 1470000
Now THAT will be a contested game 🤣

Sorry guys but I actually like Collingwood.
They're not my second team or anything like that but I've had some great experiences and interactions at their games both in Sydney and Melbourne and think they are playing some pretty good footy at the moment.

😳
Are you aware of a guy named Eddie who spent every week on his national TV program talking the Swans down and calling them cheats??

And called Adam Goodes ….. (we won’t go there)

That said, I do feel a little better about them this year now that his grubby hands are not tainting their team.

It took 5 months and they still couldn’t manage to give us the same amount of rest between games.

9 days to 7.

You mean it took 5 months and they didn't manage to help collingwood even more by giving us 6 days

was pretty keen on going but there's only single tickets available, anyone know the best place to find people reselling? I imagine there'd be a few with covid etc that will have to resell

Meh, we’re playing a bottom 4 side who got lucky.

Swans by 110.

Buddy to kick 14.

Those who claim to like Collingwood to be escorted from the board.

be serious

102 points is realistic

Have you seen our record outside of Victoria?
No, where did you last put it? Because I haven't seen it, sorry. Not surprising, as it's very small, and my eyesight's definitely getting worse. Just the other day I lost the little fripple that holds my watchband together and I was so cross with my eyesight until my son-in-law popped over unannounced and got down on the living room floor and found it almost under the skirting board. Oh he's a saint.

Check again later in the week. Members can list tickets which they wont use so more tickets will become available later on in the week

That's all well and good, but we need to play hard into the 3rd and 4th quarter because that's where Collingwood make their move. We cannot afford to sit off the ball and defend a lead, we need to keep attacking right up to the end.
This is what sets this clash up as potentially one for the ages, because I understood that, at least going into yesterday's game, we'd won more final quarters than any other team this year.

So put that up opposite the team that has now won so many games on the trot by a record small margin, and it's all positively mouth-watering.

Maybe a statsnerd can give us a bit more breakdown of this intriguing aspect.

Great preview too Ticky.

The title is a tad over the top

Well we just played on a sunday.
Not keen on a 3 day break.

That game could easily have been on a Saturday. It just seems really brain dead for a top 4 clash to be a Sunday game, when the uselessness of St Kilda get to spud up on Friday again.
