Two ways to look at it


1- we aren’t good enough against the best in Melbourne especially and the guys were below their best because not up to it

2- we carried a lot of players- how many were below their best even buddy was etc and we just had a shit game and it’s one week

I think I lean more to point 2

With 10 mins to go we were within a kick, I have faith a lot of the underperformers will be better

We can beat them easily, they deserved tonight’s win, but it’s a learning experience and you move on


Major concerns Rohan- just showed he won’t make it in big games still, and Hannebery is a liability right now

I’d give jack a pass

Kennedy was absolute immense, Parker was good, McCartin as well Ronke had a sublime start but often tried to many handballs and got caught.

Not much else even when we got within 4 points i didnt think we were a chance to win we reallly struggled to kick goals tonight.
