More worried about the 30+ year olds than the depth.

I'm not so worried there

McGlynn - Missed much of 2015 and while handy to have is replaceable.
McVeigh - Not as good as he was a few years ago and while a good player is still in a position where he is replaceable
Richards - This is the big problem as right now we cannot be certain he is replaceable. I hope Talia is capable of it but we don't know for sure if he is.

Other than those 3 we currently don't have anyone else 30 years or older though Grundy will turn 30 during the 2016 season.

Gee the depth at our club has taken a dramatic u turn. Tippett and Heeney out injured, experienced players mcglynn cunningham laidler in the 2s.

A host of other players like Talia, B Jack, Nanka and Marsh also either injured or in 2s.

Good times ahead.

8 players under 30 games played against Geelong. That's not including Heeney either. And to think that #lolNorf would struggle to find 8 players under 30yo

Don't think anyone would've expected our young blokes to come and claim spots in the best 22 like they have. I'm proud as punch!
