Absolutely wrong. Cheating is most definitely not about obtaining an unfair advantage. It is all about intent. You are just plain wrong to claim otherwise.
If cheating was only about obtaining an unfair advantage, it would be possible to do it accidentally. If you don't agree that it is impossible to accidentally cheat then you don't know what cheating is.
