Aren't we stopping it from going to the tribunal?

TBH I lose track. :(
Nah just to stop the truth from being exposed. The same apparent "truths" *jimmah and *little were once so keen to trumpet to all and sundry once *their opportunity to do so under oath finally arrived.

So if essendon lose this court case they go into another court defending themselves against ASADA?

There's only one kind of nmfc posters. See 2 above. And thanks.
If it's one kind, who did you plural the poster?

Very interesting article from Roy Masters in today's Age.

"A compelling 30-page document, including an appendix of exhibits, was presented to past and present Cronulla players before their final admissions of the use of banned supplements.

The material, shown players by Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority lawyers, undermines the view that the evidence against NRL players was very weak and they were stampeded into accepting guilt."

Maybe some *essendon players might now just be regretting not taking the AFL's 6 month offer?

But *they would know better wouldn't *they.

Semantics. What *essendon are doing is desparately attempting to ensure the truth doesn't see the light of day on a technicality, despite earlier shouting to all who'd listen that the truth will set *them free.

I would have thought the fact they didn't do the same for Essendon players would lead to the exact opposite conclusion you've just drawn, personally

The deluded asshats from up the road seem to think that every compelling piece of evidence against NRL players and especially Stephen Dank is further proof that he was probably using those inconvenient invoices and receipts to steal from * to juice up the NRL players. Forget the fact that Dank was working with the NRL club one year before he began his * mischief.

In reality, * has depended upon Dank's claims that nothing illegal was ever given to * players. So in acknowledging his dubious character and dodgy activities in NSW, they are forced to admit that their defence is based on probably lies.

So they are not preventing it going to court?
It's a bizarre case of * saying we've done nothing wrong but the only way they can prove it is to allow the ASADA process to proceed but instead they are saying we don't like the evidence ASADA collected with the AFL so * and *Albert have taken ASADA to court to try and derail the whole process.

Bizarre behaviour if they've done nothing wrong...
