Hawks parallel board 150 pages to our 600+ ...... does that make us Bad!
I've probably contributed to 149 of them. I lack support.

Meanwhile, does one of you gents you want to break the news to her?
I find it hard to believe Dr Reid, Bomber Thompson and James Hird all stood around and did nothing while Dank injected them with dangerous and/or banned substances.
If the players were given TB4 then it was without their consent or knowledge.. or the knowledge of anyone else at the club imho.
She might need a bit to come around, but sooner or later she'll realise that old Jimmy* has been hooked up with steroid heads who think they can bend the rules, for some time.

Geez I love footy. All the ups-and-downs & drama of trade week, and then the day after it closes we have the brilliance of show cause notices.

The AFL just keeps on giving :)

Can just see this heading to a deal where the players all accept three months and don't miss any games. The whole thing is becoming farcical now.
There may be deals but there may also be WADA and the rest of the world who will be looking on.

Is it drawing too long a bow to suggest that if the appropriate bans are not applied in the case of *essendon, Australian teams and in particular Olympic athletes might be banned from competing in global events? How can Australia and Australian athletes be trusted if Australian authorities do not invoke the appropriate penalties for athletes caught taking taking banned substances? Irrespective of what the AFL, *essendon and its bunch of deluded *donialist *supporters wish to see happen, Australia's reputation as a "clean" country is at stake here.

This from the "asbestos" article.

"However, Australian Olympic Committee boss John Coates suggested that, at least in the case of Olympic sports, "the horse had bolted" and that Australian sporting bodies had to comply with international standards or else risk being barred from competition.

ASADA deputy secretary David Learmonth said that Australian sports would be in a "tough position" if they were not compliant with WADA protocols."

Right up there with finding Melbourne not guilty of tanking, but punishing them. The AFL are cynical bastards. Actually, technically, I'm a cynical bastard who thinks they'll do everything to whitewash whatever they can.
