Very much so, an end is in sight.
I am content with the fact it is when rather than if sanctions are coming.

The cogs in this process move slowly but this is true of most legal matters.

I wonder how strong the donial will be when the hammer does fall.

Breaching the Salary cap screwed Carlton completely for the better part of a decade. This hole that they have dug for themselves will see them mired in shit for a long time.

I am not sure about sanctions being an end IMO Sanctions will only be the tip of the iceberg.

Will players bring about civil cases against the club as an employer?
What about providing an unsafe workplace?
What about any potential health problems arising from injection of growth factors?

Keep digging into those deep pockets for legal fees upon legal fees.

You could argue that Carlton still hasn't recovered, Essendon* are screwed to at least 2030, they'll play a few finals but will won't be a contender for a long while. Stuff has been moving since Ryder moved and during the Middleton hearing.

Thx, they're screwed! *jimmy's days as coach are numbered. He knows that he's most likely to be made the scapegoat so players get lighter bans.
Maybe, but with the amount attention WADA has paid to this case and not knowing fully what other drugs players took, bans will be the least of player concerns. My concern has been from day one the mental and physical effects on the players and their families. Its the club, its attitude and managment (beside Thompson*) that l want pulled down, not the players. * has to rebuild and without the arrogance and hypocrisy it was built on.

At some point it'd be good to tally up the PM requests. (Sorry Kevin, wasn't talking about you.)

At some point - the day sanctions are handed out - it'd be good to round up *donialist comments all in on post (quoted, of course).

"This is not about suppressing evidence, it's not about trying to get the players off on a technicality, it's about trying to get the players a fair system.

I know its been said many times BUT if the Club and Players are totally innocent WHY is there any issue with the system. If they are innocent bring on the evidence which should clear them and we wouldn't have the last year of shit.

Sent to 41, plus one I couldn't for some odd reason.

So that's 42, plus me, plus the three that sent it to me.

45.... Probably nearly every active member over the off-season.
