It's hard to understand how he can do this with a straight face. Does he have his own voo-doo doll of himself with its fingers permanently crossed or something??!!??

When it got taken up in front of Middleton they whined that the process had been unfair and they were forced to spill their guts, even though they had legal representation RIGHT THERE WITH THEM that said nothing in protest.

The press and anyone with common sense stated that they should've said something AT THAT TIME and to protest now after the fact was too late.

Middleton stomps hard and in amongst his findings stated that they should've said something AT THAT TIME and to protest now after the fact was too late.

Online legal commentators stated that they should've said something AT THAT TIME and to protest now after the fact was too late.

Hird appeals and not one but THREE Federal Court judges stomp just as hard this time and in amongst their finding stated that they should've said something AT THAT TIME and to protest now after the fact was too late.

Yet he STILL gets up in front of the press bleating how unfair it all was and how they were unfairly forced to spill....... the TRUTH and now he might even consider the High Court to say how unfair it all was and how they should've had the chance to stay quiet .......... which is apparently what any DECENT legal representation would've been able to sort out AT THAT TIME.

My sympathy is overwhelming. Doesn't your heart just bleed for him???

I see the Seakayaker and the Arch Level Folder Counter have had a lovers tiff over who can write a better book immortalising *albert's bravery. Their falling out probably related to the best approach - typing it one-handed for free or crowd sourcing $20 K from kool-aid chuggers. Anyway here's Bruce and Martin sorting out their differences...

Man you're in strife when the handful of loons who still #standbyalbert start squabbling among themselves.

The thing is now .......it appears that Essendon should be found guilty of breaching doping regs in sport. The question now remains what type of punishment will the AFL try to hand down ........ they don't want to bite the hand that feeds them. But they're also in a quandary where they need to hand down a penalty hard enough to keep WADA out of the picture.

Player penalties.
Club penalty
Associated staff penalties.

I'm looking forward to the suing. The vast majority of players deserve some compo for what their* club* did to them*.

Hey hey hey thats like buying a 500 page book and reading the last couple of chapters first !!..............777 pages working up to this point , now we're about to witness the all the fun. We all knew there'll be court action from the players against the club......I hope it doesn't hit the pockets of the remaining football supporting public.

Do they?

Playing Devil's Advocate. Why would you suppose that the player's have been so behind the club stance on this all this time if they were misled? Is it not possible that they were behind the club because if they turned around and sued them for "tricking" them into taking drugs that the club may be forced to defend itself with evidence that this is not the case?

Speculation only of course...
