37 at the half against the Nuggets. I smell a 60 point game...

It always happens against Denver, innit. :p

43... what a piece of ****.

It's the coaches fault more than anything.

If in the last game of the season Orlando spot and position in the playoffs has been assured, or if they're guaranteed to miss, T-Mac should be instucted to take every shot. But only if the result of the game is not important.

It doesnt matter what the position of the team is. If the game is a blow out then you sit your star, for rest and to make sure he doesnt get injured. It also gives your youngsters some minutes.

Unless of course it is looking really historic. Like if T-Mac had 54 at the half...then you leave him in just to see if he can get 100 :D

T-Mac though is crazy! IMO a way better scorer than Kobe but two hard to choose between the two when it comes to the all around package.

Im not starting a stupid debate saying who is better, right now the best all round players are TMAC, Kobe and KG!

They are extremely gifted players and we should all be thanking our lucky stars we are seeing 3 players of this calibre at the same time!!

But right through Kobe's stretch (which was amazing), and KG's weeks at the top, no one in the american media mentioned TMAC, although he maintained his scoring lead and increased his other stats and improved his teams record... I dare say if he played in an upmarket area like New York or LA, this debate could well and truly be over by now, he needs the limelight, shiite he deserves the limelight, if he had the limelight its scary what the exposure would do for the profile of the AMAZING ONE....TMAC!

I do truly love this game.

The best all-round player is KG. Full-stop. Hands down.

How good can KG be if Malik Rose convincingly beats him!! Id rather Tim Duncan anyday!

t_mac is a legend his only young and he is better than k bryant was at his age and he is better than him now but jordans the best ive ever seen go mj and tmac

3.6tpg

McGrady

5.5apg
1.6spg
0.8bpg

Their is absolutely nothing in it....

Whilst the numbers are close, the fact that Kobe averages more in each of the major categories (outside scoring), speaks volumes for their relative worth.

Ok lol so a guy who averages 0.3 more rebounds 0.6 assists 0.6 steals and 0.1 blocks a game make him a better player???? were as tmac gives 2 more points and 1 less turnover per game, i know who id prefer in my team.
Very funny.

I have to agree. T-Mac averages 1.8 more points per game and 1 less turnover for a total of +2.8

Add Kobe's 0.3 more boards, 0.6 more assists, 0.6 more steals and 0.1 more blocks and you have a total of +1.6

McGrady for me, plus he is a year younger so it suggests that his numbers will be even better next season.

Since when has scoring carried the same weight as steals, assists and blocks?

Scoring is easy to find.

In a game where 2 points is impossible to get, T-Mac = God. :D

It all comes down to personal opinion. I think T-Mac is the better, more all rounded player than Kobe. I believe you feel the other way.

Horses for courses.
