Iranian TV accidentally broadcast "sex film"

A "sex film" was broadcast on Iran's state-run news network Khabar in western Hamedan province, the Tehran daily Jomhuri Islami reported yesterday.

Residents of the Hamedan province told the daily that while watching the news network Khabar last week, "an immoral and dirty" film was suddenly aired.

The state-run TV broadcaster confirmed the incident and said investigations were underway, the daily said.
