I have zero energy and my legs are getting weak
not allowed to exercise for at least another two weeks whats something that i can do to get my enegery levels back up? I go back to work on monday but i feel this will just make me even more exhausted
Go for a swim Soph, they're the best cardio (IMO) because they do much less damage to your joints than jogging and not much pain on your legs either.

I second this, I used to have asthma and swimming really helped with my fitness. When you and Stat have kids, definitely make sure swimming lessons are included in all their extra-curricular activities

Only if it doesn't conflict with his polo classes. We have priorities, you know. At least SM does. That wank3r.

If we recruit mature maybe someone like Ross, Valenti or even Baird from Port Melbourne.

Have also heard that we are one of the clubs that have shown interest in Dean Towers (Half back flank/ Wing type from the VFL was very very impressive this year).

I actually can see us trading off our first round pick this year, Not really sure who though for the last few years our club has kept it's cards held pretty closely to it's chest.
End of one of my older posts (early trade scouting thread (Didn't want to bump it... but wanted to point out once again my source was correct :p) (Has called Reid, Rohan (A few months BEFORE he was drafted)) and a few others now...
Just wanted to point that out for grimlock :p

I'm not sure why you bumped it in the RT thread. If I was in your shoes, I would bump it in its original thread and then go around like a strutting peacock extolling my great achievement and belittling everyone else who made idiotic suggestions.

Also you've got a long way to go to beat bedford. It's a little known fact that he was the one that scouted Laurie Nash for us.

Vic Belcher and the Big Ship Warrick Armstrong thank you very much, Nashy was a few years after those legends

Some HD's in my results statement this semester :D
Congrats, enjoy your three months of freedom! (Oh and vonn, SM and K too)

Just got back from a relaxing weekend on the Central Coast, bushwalking, kicking a footy around and generally enjoying the great outdoors. I think I checked my phone only once or twice a day during the entire weekend. Helped ease the bigfooty addiction. ;)

Your not the only one who had a good weekend away :p

Spent the weekend away up the mornington peninsula :D Went to a couple of wineries and to a cheese and chocolate tasting <3

Apart from that swore we were just at the beach kicking the footy or playing cricket the entire time... Don't think I went on bigfooty once the entire time :S (Which has to be some kind of record :p)
