Vonn, have you considered Seabay on Pitt St? You can smash enormous plates of dumplings, lamb buns and homemade noodles for hours on end, wash it down with some long necks, and it'll be like $15 per head. If you're really lucky, a junky will go the nod at their table, and you'll have to help the little uyghur staff get her out the door.

It's all lit with fluorescent lights, too, so visibility is excellent.

I work across the street from Seabay but never actually been there. My pick for dumplings in the area is this place.
