I don't think it is pedantic.It wasn't just a slip of the finger, it was obvious you thought this was the correct spelling as you spelt it in it's other form. I just think it's funny because it highlights what a braindead moron you are if you can't even spell 'new'
By the way, you mentioned earlier Drum, Clark and Dowler as the standouts. Yet in 'Our Backline Is Stuffed' thread dated 2 days ago you said you had never even heard of Drum and Clark. They may well be the standouts but forgive me if I don't take your word for it. Maybe I need to get a "new" source, hey

I know alot about Dowler, my mate played in his side.
Ive seen the victorian lad alittle also but not enough to comment on him.
