The money isnt the issue for me. Its the parenting ability. I had em youngish too, missus was only 19, and it was a huge challenge coping with the demands of a lil one. I guess in their favour they should be around them more, if that helps!
They dont come with a manual and it can be very distracting and frustrating at times so lets hope it doesnt impact on his footy too much. On the other hand if he is excited about it and enjoys the prospect it coulld be a huge positive for his footy and some great grounding.

You're definitely right, having money doesn't necessarily make you a good parent, but it least ensures that the child will get a good education, housing etc... which is an important part of the childs welfare.
