Tasmania in VFL in 2001

Don't know who's heard but Tasmania have signed a one year contract with the VFL for season 2oo1. Watch out AFL Tasmania! are coming.

So the VFL is expanding overseas.

I thought the VFL was supposed to be a local competition.

I think the Port Magpies should join the VFL too. They could even keep their colours now that Collingwood's VFL side has rendered itself irrelevant by merging with Williamstown.

So, who am I s'pose to barrack for in the local comp now?

Maybe I'll just grow another head and start eating a lot of apples.
