• 1u England to defeat West Indies 2nd Test @ $1.97

Windies are rubbish. Just need England to be aggressive enough to push for win.

• 1u Ian Bell over 49.5 1st innings @ $2.40

In good form and against a rubbish attack I'd expect this to be a value play.

• 1u Punjab over 6.5 sixes @ $2.11

Tough one this. Ahmadabad looked a slightly tricky wicket for heavy scoring. Punjab have a wealth of hitters, and despite Rajasthan being a good bowling unit I am happy to take better than evens.

• 0.3u Anrut Singh most wickets Punjab @ $6

Opening bowler and has been leading wicket-take in 2/4 matches and equal in another. Over $4.50 for any opening bowler is usually value.

AFL

• 1u North -6.5 v Geelong @ $1.92
• 1u Hawthorn - 7.5 v Port Adelaide @ $1.92

May never bet on AFL lines again after this....

Bangladesh - Pakistan 3rd ODI

• 1u Bangladesh @ $2.18. Why am I backing Bangladesh? I'm not sure why. Simply, Pakis are s**t and I'd have it a 50/50 contest, so will take value. Bangladesh 2-0 up this series.
• 0.25 Tamin most runs Bangladesh @ $4. Maybe too short? Back-to-back centuries so happy for a small play.
• 1u Sohail most runs v Aslam @ $1.90. Pretty simple. Sohail should bat at 3. Aslam 5. Aslam is on debut. Sohail with more experience and a better FC record.

• 1u Riaz most wickets v Ajmal @ $1.90. Usually a moronic bet, but Ajmal looked pretty ordinary now he can't javelin throw. Riaz is bowling very well at the moment.
• 1u Ali most runs v Safraz @ $1.80. Ali bats like he's taking anchor before stumps, but he can do that all innings as far as I'm concerned. I think there's slight value here. Safraz, the keeper, has a better first class record but has passed 50 twice in 30 ODIs....

I'll start tracking my cricket bets. Think I might have a tiny edge.

England - NZ 2nd Test

• 1u England 1st wicket under 30.5 @ $1.87. Leeds in May means it'll move. NZ have a good attack.
• 1u New Zealand to win (draw no bet) @ $2.35. I like NZ. At least equal with England % wise. But plenty of rain about so money back the draw.

• $100 NZ to win @ $1.84
• $100 NZ most runs in 15 overs @ $1.70
• $100 Root most runs v Hales @ $1.85

NZ and England both playing below full strength, but I am surprised by the drift on NZ. I rated them $1.70. NZ have a McCullum up top who is dynamic and I think they're around a $1.60 chance to score the most runs in 15 overs. Root is a far more accomplished player than Hales and have this around $1.60.
