How impressive was Tex on the Footy Show tonight, certainly come a long way in the last 12 months with his public persona, spoke very maturely and with aplomb, especially when as is now par for the course the subject of Dangerfield's defection came up. Well done Tex..

After six months of procrastinating, I thought I should finally actually get last year's Taylor Walker goals uploaded in time for the 100 goals he'll kick in the 2016 season!

15 fresh slightly worn goals for your enjoyment acknowledgement!

Knight also appears for the first time. Thompson continues to stretch his lead, with the closest active contender in Mackay on less than half his tally. Lynch also features on this list two more times, incredibly being involved in 5 out of 15 goals from this package. Laird climbs up to 12th place.

In retirement watch, Martin and Podsiardly receive the retired marker, while Chris Knights, Tony Armstrong and Aidan Riley transition from being players from other clubs to being retired. Dangerfield and Wright, two of the top four assist players, both find homes at new clubs, leaving Van Berlo the closest active contender to Douglas' title of best assist player that he's held almost Walker's entire career. Somehow Kerridge never appeared on either list. Bad luck, Kedge!

Onto the goals against teams, where we finally have a new leader after Fremantle held the title for several years. Brisbane have now coughed up 30 goals to Walker after he booted 7 in round 21 last year. Finally, Walker remains at 7th on the all-time goalkicking tally for the Crows, but he is now breathing down the neck of a group of players, with only eight goals separating him and DJ, and only 35 goals between him and Ricciuto in second place.

1) Tony Modra: 440
2) Mark Ricciuto: 291
3) Andrew McLeod: 277
4) Scott Welsh: 270
5) Brett Burton: 265
6) Darren Jarman: 264
7) Taylor Walker: 256

The video has been put in the playlist, the OP is updated, and I'm finally up to date. Hope Walker gives me plenty more to do this year :)

Should be second by the end of this year.

This also shows that since Mods we have not had a decent real key forward.

How funny is Richo in the EF. Nah he can't make the distance. Then the next one further out, oh yeah well within his range!

Bit like yesterday when they decided that Rory Atkins was Riley Knight and at 40 - 45 m out that might stretch his kicking distance. Whoops. Then they ignored their stuff up when he was out on the boundary 55 m out and I think they just thought he might have been setting it up for a kick to the top of the square. Nope, made the distance nicely.

cmndstab just enquiring as to whether or not Toumpas will be credited with a goal assist to Tex?

He certainly will - in the sense that "Opposition turnover" will finally reach the vaunted double figures :D

I'm not quite sure how to handle the secondary goal assist in that case though! I think it might be the first instance of an opposition turnover leading to a Walker goal that wasn't preceded by a turnover of our own.

That time again - another 11 Walker goals for your enjoyment!

Over to the stats, where there are a couple of fresh faces. First up, we see the debuts of Milera and McGovern, who are both inducted into the hallowed halls of Walker assists. Jenkins gives a couple more off to climb to 12th on the list. The usual suspects in Betts, Lynch and Thompson continue to build their tally too. In sadder news, Jaensch is moved to the retired list, finishing with 4 goal assists to Walker in his career. Thanks for the memories J-man!

Nothing too exciting in terms of which teams have coughed up the most goals to Walker, with a very even 2, 2, 3, 2, 2 spread over the five rounds. Richmond do climb from 12th to 8th on the average goals list, though. Port are second overall, albeit from more games than against any other club.

Finally, after a long wait, there is some movement in the overall goalkicking records for the Crows! You have to go back to August 2014 since Walker overtook Tippett and Edwards in one fell swoop to climb to 7th overall. As of this update, he has gone up two more spots, bypassing Jarman (264) and Burton (265) to end on 267 goals and counting. Two more targets in Welsh and McLeod are within quick reach, and Roo is not far ahead of that. And then we begin the long wait to see who wins the inevitable Modra/Walker battle.

1) Tony Modra: 440
2) Mark Ricciuto: 291
3) Andrew McLeod: 277
4) Scott Welsh: 270
5) Taylor Walker: 267

OP updated, video added to playlist, and we're done. See you all in a week or two (hopefully!)

Say Tex breaks Ken Farmer's record and kicks 23, do you make it 1 super long video, or do you split it up?
