There is No doubt gambling is out of control. It was predicted by posters here that Jenkins will Find himself on the outer as a result of his stance against gaming.

And the people doing it, heavily tied up with gambling.

It is what it is.

our culrure alienates those who speak up. It was never going to end any different for Jenkins when he spoke up.
Who were the posters that predicated it?

No comment to Morning Fogs post about Jenkins involvement in the gambling industry?

Makes your conspiracy theory a little foolish no? :)

Hey Rucci not sure someone involved in a trotts syndicate and has a love of racing would be against gaming.

With this post you have outed yourself, as you made this claim on AA that Jenkins was against gaming and a caller pointed his associations with the racing industry.

You sad man.....

MEDIA RELEASE
Harness Racing SA are delighted to announce the launch of a new Adelaide Crows Supporters syndicate. Therefore we are seeking expressions of interest from members of the public who are interested in joining the syndicate.
There is nothing like the thrill and excitement of seeing your horse race. Therefore the syndicate provides a great opportunity to get new people involved in harness racing, and is also ideal for those people who would like to get back involved in the ‘trots’. It is also an extremely affordable way to get involved in racing your own horse and having some fun!
HRSA are also delighted to announce that Adelaide Crows star Josh Jenkins has agreed to join the syndicate and also be the syndicate’s ambassador. Josh has a deep love of harness racing and is also involved in mentoring many of our young harness racing drivers. We also expect to have a number of other Adelaide Crows players involved in the syndicate.
HRSA are also currently sourcing horses for the syndicate. The syndicate will also have a syndicate manager who will manage all aspects of the syndicate including regular newsletters and planning race day and social events.
If you are interested in joining the Crows Supporters Syndicate, please forward your
contact details to saharness@saharness.org.au marked “Adelaide Crows Supporters Syndicate”. Please note there is no obligation by registering your interest.

I have a controversial view. Having watched Walker this year and last year his movement is akin to Roughead these days...almost there but not quite anymore. The best days of Tex are behind him and we have 1 more year left in him.

So where does this leave us moving forward??

Davis - will take over Lynch and play a more wing to HF role. Definitely a supporting role

JJ - when on is one of the best in the league. Has had a bad season but has more legs in him than Tex.

Himmelberg - cement hands, needs to have a breakout soon or it's delisted. Leads well but contested marking is horrible

McAdam - medium forward

The controversial position is that we should retain JJ with a view that next season will be Tex's last and he may not be able to run out a season. If we trade JJ and then have Tex continue his decline the only proven marking forward will be the double and triple-teamed Fogarty

Concerning....

Keep Tex and if your thought this year was bad, wait until he is another year older and even slower

Is Nicks too afraid to drop Walker do you think?
Lets face it, a purple patch last week kept Walker in this weeks side but sooner or later for Nicks' own credibility he has to drop the hammer on non performing players.
Inb4 you use MCrouch as a counter argument

I think Walker got very lucky Fogarty went down with a shoulder injury.

If Fog is cleared to play, Tex will get dropped. If not, Tex will play.
