Whether we can replace him or not is another story, but at the minute we are not desperate.
The only player that i can truly see replaceing tarrant is rusling who is probably not yet fit enough.
I think Trav could give it a good shake. He has been our 4th/5th target all year inside 50 so i think with taz out he may become more of a focal point and therefore get some ball!
This sucks! Why is it everytime we play brissy we seem to lose a key player! Id love to see rusling get a run, but yeah it will prob be cloke. I guess if we look at the positives, he will be fresh and primed for the queens bday match.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the Fraser Gherig hit on Hamish Mcentosh(Roo ruck) and what Taz did other than 1 was a reprimand and the other was a 2 match ban downgraded to 1.

Tarrant should and will be replaced by Trav Cloke.
Rusling was apparently almost unsighted on the weekend for Williamstown, while Trav Cloke has kicked 4 goals in the past two weeks, to go along with his "in the best" performance two weeks ago.
Throw in the fact that Trav Cloke was not in altogether bad form when he was rested, despite being the 4th option up forward, and he seems an obvious choice over Rusling, who still needs a lot more football under his belt.

Funny how Tarrant gets one week for deliberately headbutting, and Cam Mooney gets one for brushing Hollands head unintentionally. Not to mention the backhand whack Tarrant gave out earlier.loki04 said:

If the umpire had have done his job and opened his bloody eyes and paid the free kick for all the holding Morris was doing this could have been avoided.

Yep I think they will be appealing and yes the system is an absolute joke, flipping rediculous. I think he will have a pretty good chance in appealing it and could just get a reprimand.....considering that harris was deliberate and tarrants wasnt meant to be deliberately high, looked like he was going for the arm or chest to me, and just accidently hit the head instead, wasnt exactly looking either.
