The way the club has treated Teague is a disgrace.
It's no wonder they're keen to hire the snake that is Ross Lyon.

Are you serious? The media were not calling for Teague to be sacked in 2020 at all.The media has put Teague under the pressure, calling for his job for better part of two years, pressuring the Carlton administration to do something about it. Rarely mentioned how hard it was to implement a new game plan in 2020 with fowards/mids/defenders having to train separately during covid, nor did they give adequate attention to how bad our injury list has been in 2021.
Finally, Carlton decide to sack Teague and the narrative is, 'hE ShOuLd hAvE beEN tReAtED beTTeR.' Spare me.
The football media is an absolute cess pool that takes no accountability for the role they play in the livelihoods and mental health of people in the football industry.
This idea that Teague could have left is stupid. He believes in himself and the group. Why would he leave?OK. A bit harsh on Ross and as I've said many times, Teague could have left anytime he liked. Why is it the employers fault that he didn't do his job...
