That's the only role I can see for Bolton. My initial thoughts were but the more I have thought about it, as a purely defensive role it may not be as crazy as it seems. Bolton is an athlete and has a good tank, Franklin's strength isnt his overhead marking, so If Bolton can simply stay with him, he may do ok...relatively ok. This then allows Fletch to do his thing, McPhee to rebound. Obviously we will lose Ryder from the backline for much of the game.

I would have played any of the 3 on the bench before him, but I sorta see the logic.

Jobe's form probably warranted a dropping sooner or later, but I dunno if this matchup is the right time. We need tight, inside players at stoppages and we lose some of that without him.

I was sitting behind the bench on ANZAC day and without taking much notice but it seemed that Jobe only came on the when James Hird came to the bench. Maybe they just want Jobe to get some game time and some much needed confidence

Not a huge fan of having 2 talls on the interchange. Bolton/Johns or maybe even both should be ommited, So that either 1 or 2 of our emergencies can come into the team, Houli should definately come into the team, whilst maybe 1 of Jobe or Lonergan could come into the team.

There's some pretty good ins there, which i like, it wouldv'e been even better if Hille came back, but otherwise im pretty happy with the ins.

I hope Monfries actually get's a full game at where he has been listed (wing). I'd love to see him have an awesome game in the midfield.

Rapt to see Dyson get another go. Now all we need is for him to play some serious game time so he can show people that he is a good player. There is no doubt in my mind this kid will be something in the near future, all he needs is confidence.
