When Kerr made his comeback against Collingwood, I couldn't help but notice he'd certainly lost a fair amount of match conditioning due to his stay on the sideline. He was moving well, but by the final quarter, he looked unbelievably buggered. Ditto last week. I suppose the coaching staff are planning on using him sparingly he's back to peak physical fitness.
To be honest I've thought that all year about Kerr. Always seems to play about a half of each game at his highest level and goes missing for the other half. He's not always along doing that (hell the whole team did it against the Pies), but I'm a little worried about Kerr's ability to play out an entire game.

Lynch, Munro and Morrison have been dropped from the extended squad down to the emergency list.

Humm preferred to Morrison...interesting move. Perhaps he missed out because Hird will miss the game, Morrison would certainly have had a go on Hird if Chick wasnt able to hold him.

HF: Sampi, Jakovich, Jones
F: Matera, Haynes, Cox
FOLL: Gardiner, Judd, Fletcher

I/C (from): Kerr, Carroll, Braun, Humm

exercise in boredom ..... just out of interest, with the full list we have, here is what our reserves would look like this week... (-) indicates games played.... Given Hawthorn's two's are belting most teams in the VFL, I'd think this team would flog just about anyone esle's magoo's, hands and heels without the persuader.

B: Collica (75), Hansen, Staker
HB: Rudeforth, Lynch (11), Wooden (78)
C: Chambers (41), Morrison (128), Nicoski
HF: Munro (15), Gaspar (20), Selwood
F: McDougall (2), Wilson (34), Edwards
FOLL: Seaby, Read (66), Adkins (24)

I/C (from): Johnson (1), Sierakowski (100)

Looks OK, most lines have some quality. not quite sure of positioning of most of the rookies other than Nicoski, who from what I've seen I like. Lots of talls. So many players who I want to see play senior footy.....

has anyone seen Edwards play this season?
