This is my first day on these boards and have had a bit of fun!

There really appears to be a lot of members here and it is quite difficult trying to keep a tab on who barracks for who. Sure the bad spelling and poor grammar usually identify a Collingwood supporter but for the rest it gets a bit tricky.

What I suggest is an icon of the supported team to be included with the contributors name on the left column of the screen. For example for me I would have a tiger motif or a stylised image of a Richmond jumper.

This way we could tell at a glance who is who!

I reckon a small logo icon underneath the handle in the left box, maybe about this size:

We dont have to use those logos Bluey, no doubt some of us could come up with something!

The AFL don't have copyright on Geelong's handbag do they?
Best not be too smart, I don't particularly want to be identified by a wooden spoon.

Bluey,

Fair point on the itellectual property issue. Give you are now the AFL's main competitor on the Internet, they are unlikely to do anything to help you!

At a very minimum however you will be able to write the name of the team followed. ie., it would look somethink like:

CJH
From: Melbourne
Posts: 23
Follows: Richmond.

Or you could do something that would become a little fun for your members.

Extending on some suggestions provided above, get some of your members to design / develop some icons. You could even make a kind of competition out of it.
